Put it together yesterday and there was a cracked piece. Was going to use it anyway but now the piece is broken

Looks nice, but it doesn’t help from rain, as soon as it start raining water start coming through Also needed to get weight Wouldn’t advice to get it quality is too poor

The media could not be loaded. Not sturdy at all!!!! Do not buy

Spend the extra money for a better product.

My umbrella won't stay open, it closes up and sags within 15, 20 minutes after opening. A little disappointing.

It came out of the Box broken. It's complicated to raise and lower. Frame seems very weak
