Had this less than a year and a piece broke so it won’t stay up. I contacted the manufacturer who said they would not replace or repair. We liked it up to that point. Spend your money on something else.

Product was easy to assemble. Solar lights work great. Unfortunately, when putting umbrella down on the second time (after using for 6 hours), the plastic (should be metal) cap on “bending” arm snapped and broke and sent the entire umbrella crashing on my wrist, leaving a swollen hand and bruise. Umbrella looks beautiful, just not very safe.

Arrived dented. Also mechanisms sometimes slips when locked in place while umbrella is opened. Love size and love soler lights

Easy setup. Appears to be sturdy, just put it up last night. Unfortunately, it has a flimsy plastic collar that holds the umbrella in position and it snapped in half. Could have been a better material used for that part. I’ll have to get a couple of hose clamps to fix it but other then that, I like it so far.

It's beautiful and covers large area but it's just not sturdy and I bought a weight for it separately and still didn't work. We ended up bolting it to the concrete. It's basically pre assembled so it's easy to put up. I had to purchase a weight on the side that didn't work and plus the cost of the umbrella ended up to be expensive.

This umbrella is great when there is no wind at all. Unfortunately, that is a rarity just about anywhere and most of the time it cannot be used because it has no stabilizer and whips around in the wind. It was easy to assemble and easy to use but since I mostly can't use it it pretty much a waste of money.

This is a very nice looking umbrella, but the locking piece is made out of plastic and it broke the first day. I had to tape that mess out of it. That piece needs to be replaceable or just made out of metal. That's my only complaint with this umbrella.

The media could not be loaded. I do not like the “Swinging” of the umbrella. I just purchased this product and I didn’t get the 2021 version, instead I received an earlier version of this product. There is a very mild little wind and it is swinging a little too much for us.

On a calm day it's perfect. Windy day is another story. Nothing to prevent the umbrella from flowing in the breeze, if you will. Wind gives the umbrella movement... nothing to stabilize from gusts of wind. I don't mean stabilize the pole... I mean the umbrella.

The umbrella is cheaply made and not very sturdy. Not worth the effort to return. Buy locally so you can see what you’re buying.
