I have purchased 4 towel warmers in my adult life, and this is by far the best. Here is why. I am a displaced am Yankee in the south who really wants warm towels when I get out of the shower, especially in the winter. We keep our house cold when we sleep. This towel warmer is large enough to fit my bathrobe, two towels, and three towels if my husband is joining me in the shower-- and we then tightly pack the towels. He is only allowed one towel. :) The towels heat quickly. Think, turning on the warmer when you get in the shower (a bit earlier if you think about it) and after a 5-10 min shower, the towels are pretty hot. The unit stays on and does not turn off automatically in 15 min, as some do. Of course its hot in the unit so you don't touch the sides; you just pull out the towels. If you take a bath, the towels stay warm; because it does not automatically shut off. My grandkids think this is a luxury item when they stay the night. I love the feeling of getting out of a shower to warm towels and a warm bathrobe. What is not to like? There was a question I received about the instillation of the device. There is no instillation, other than plugging it in. Cannot go wrong with this item.

This item replaced our second Brookstone towel warmer. We received a towel warmer as a gift years ago and my thoughts were why on earth would we need this? Like someone else said, this is the gift you never knew you needed. We use it for my daughter. She has a skin condition that makes her temperature drop so we use it year round. This would be great for anyone who likes a warm towel or even a blanket on those extra cold days. As far as capacity goes, I thought this item was going to fit maybe one large towel, but I fit about 3 which is great. So far it warms up beautifully and I like that it'll stay on for an hour. It also has a little compartment for a scented pack and the one which came with the warmer smells amazing. Although it's optional, I'm thinking of ordering more.

The media could not be loaded. This towel warmer is incredible! It is so easy to use. You just plug it in and place a towel in it. It doesn’t take long for your towel to warm and after you are through you can just simply push the power button to turn it off. We don’t leave it on. We wait to turn it on until we wake up before getting in the shower! Our towels end up as Warm as heaven must be. This really makes getting out of the shower a much more exciting experience! We sure love it!

This towel warmer is wonderful. Yes: the wooden looking handle and base is plastic but that hasn’t affected the warmer. I put my pj’s in it then my towel. It’s as warm as if they just came out of the dryer. It’s light weight enough to pick it up and move it so it’s right outside the shower door or next to the tub. Then move it out of the way. Yes, definitely recommend this warmer. Works so much better than a warming rack. I don’t like artificial scents so I don’t use that option.

So here’s my honest review. I absolutely loved my towel warmer and my kids/fiancée had gotten a little spoiled on it but about 10 uses in it stopped working. I read the reviews about customers whom complained of the same issue and had even reached out to the company but they never received a fix, replacement or refund. This did scare me a bit as I had already had my warmer for a couple months but I reached out anyway. I COULDN’T BE HAPPIER WITH THE CUSTOMER SERVICE OF THIS COMPANY. They immediately responded to my issue, asked if I wanted a refund or replacement and sent a replacement to me within 3 days!!! I understand that failures may happen in products but it’s the customer service for me! Great job!!! Thank you!!!

This towel warmer is a game changer for our cool evenings in the hot tub. It keeps 2 large towels thickness of a bath blanket to the perfect warmth and feels so good after getting out of the hot tub. Great value for the money! It has a wipeable surface which is great as well.

We have had a towel warmer for some years, but wanted to get a larger one. Wow! This was a great upgrade. The old one had a built-in timer, and would go off in about 10-12 minutes, and didn't do a great job of heating the towel uniformly. We've only this one a short time, but we immediately noticed that this unit heats towels much more uniformly. My wife says that two towels fit fine, but she wasn't sure if both towels were heated the same (I only use one towel). The lid on ours sticks just a little when it is hot, but that's not bad enough to deduct a star. Until we received this unit, I was so-so about a towel heater, but I can really see the appeal when you have a good one.

This Keenray towel warmer is a little bit lower than knee height, but relatively wide so it will easily hold 3 towels as well as a couple facecloths. It is also pretty light, so easy to move around if needed. There is only one button so extremely easy to use and it shuts off by itself after an hour, so no need to really worry about it even after taking the towels out. I originally had some issues with my unit, but customer service was super friendly and helpful, resulting in an overall positive shopping experience. I would recommend giving this towel warmer a try.

I let the company know that my warmer wasn’t functioning as expected and they sent me a replacement without hesitation. They emailed me continuously to check on me and even sent me an email a month after o for the replacement to make sure it was still working correctly. The company cares about their customers satisfaction. Highly recommend this awesome warmer!!

We have used various towel warmers for at least 10 years. This is by far the best! Gives fast even heat for 2 large towels and a night gown. Does not over-heat the towels where they touch the inside liner. Outside of warmer and lid stays cool. Lid handle is big and easy to grab. This warmer is LARGE. It might not be at its best in a small bathroom. Warm towels after a hot bath on a cold Adirondack winter is a luxury. This is worth it
