I bought 2 of these for gifts. They work very well. My mother loves her towel warmer. It is easy for her to use. The other family has a bathroom that is not well heated and so they so appreciate the towel warmer. We have a different brand for us that we got several years ago, but I would buy this brand again. It works great.

Is it ridiculous that I spent over 100 dollars to have warm towels? Maybe. Is it ridiculous that I want a second one for the living room to have warm snuggle blankets? Not if you know how nice it is! The longer you have to leave the towels in the more evenly they heat and retain their heat. I didn't have a way to install heated towel wall warmers so this was a great alternative and possibly even better. I use bath blankets? So two extra large bath towels and pj's fit with no problem. I don't roll them. I take them off the towel bar and plop them in.

On a cold night, I mentioned to my wife that this would be a great time to have one of those snuggly warm blankets they give you in the recovery room after your medical procedure is done. She got this for me only a few days after that and I’m very happy with it. Well made, with a color scheme that will fit about any home, this is a keeper. Even better; if you have the far-end-of-the-house shower room that always stays cold in the winter, just leave the lid up while heating your towel and it will produce enough heat to warm up a small room too!

Love this product! Had an issue with the first one i received, but the company sent a new warmer, and I am very happy with it!

It's like a warm hug when you step out of the shower..... I have no idea how I ever survived without this towel warmer. I'm upset that there's no room in my 5th wheel trailer for it so, when I go camping, I have to dry off with a cold towel. It's barbaric!! Then only con about this warmer is that the bottom doesn't heat up, so there's a bit of a learning curve in how to set the towel in it to get maximum contact with the sides. Buy this product. You won't be sorry.

We have had Brookstine warmers for twenty years. However they last about 5-7 years then stop working. I wish I knew about this product 20 years ago. It heated in about 2 minutes and in 5 the towel is warm. There is no smell like the Brookstone one. It is a solid product that looks good in any bathroom. I will order more for our other baths. I highly recommend. Well worth the investment. However, after 3.5 months we noticed a white corrosion on the inside of the bucket. Don't know what to do

Although there are mixed reviews about this product, I took a chance on it. I have been extremely happy with it so far. I’ve only owned it about a month. I would be willing to pay a bit more if it had a real wood handle and real wood trim at the bottom. I also heard it’s hard to find the little scent tabs that go with this. But you might be able to use others. I was going to order one for a gift but it’s out of stock at this time.

Nice prodcut so far, but haven't had it long. A little disappointed in the "scent" package. It is not something I feel safe using and it is in paper which doesn't make feel comfortable. I would like to see a nice scent thing to use but I wouldn't let that stop me from buying.

Bought this for a gift. The entire room oohed and awed over it because, who doesn’t want a warm towel right out the shower. We all love grabbing that fresh warm shirt out the dryer, this is even better. We tested it out before gifting. In a few minutes the towel was warm completely through. We now need to buy one for ourselves and kids bath.

This product is very easy to use. Just plug it in and wait for it to start warming up. I like that it’s double insulated so when I touch the outside it’s not hot. The top is a little tricky to take off and put on and there’s a little pocket on the inside of the lid to put aromatics to make the blankets scented. I haven’t tried the scent yet but it warms up really fast.
