We live in a very cold winter area and need something to warm out towels. We need to cycle this a few times for the heat to infuse into the entire towel not just the outside edges. Sometimes I thing sticking towels in a dryer would be more efficient since this takes forever to warm them up entirely. UPDATE….. ******The seller made good on their product.

Absolutely enjoy using this product once (and sometimes even twice a day)! And when the girlfriend came over, I definitely hit some BF brownie points when giving her a warm towel as soon as she got out. While this was particularly useful during the winter (especially when Texas froze-over), I can imagine using this year round, even if it is 100+ degrees outside. It heats up pretty quickly and the towel isn’t scolding hot when you take it out. It’s that type of “Goldie-locks: JUST RIGHT” type of warmth. Would highly recommend to anyone considering on buying this.

I had no idea this came with an EO disc that fits in the lid. It makes the towels smell amazing and just makes the experience that much better.

Bought this for my very spoiled daughter!!! Who is 25 and she recently had to move back home after a tragedy of losing her boyfriend in a motorcycle accident and I use it now ALL THE TIME, this thing is a game changer when you get out of the shower, I will never be without one again.

This towel warmer is fantastic. I had one that was 10 years old that broke and bought this one. It fits a full size thick towel and gets it really warm. Be sure to put your towel in like 10 minutes before using and it is very very warm. Excellent construction and even has a place to add smelly packets! Highly recommend and well worth the money!

Taking showers during winter sucks. I hate being cold. This has been a life saver! Right before I shower I pop a towel or two into the bucket and turn it on. By the time I get out I have a nice warm towel wrapped around me. I waited till this was on sale because it’s a bit of a bougie purchase but I promise it’s soooooo worth the money. I also use it to keep my blankets warm so when I’m about to head to bed I grab a warm blanket and sleep like a baby

My towel warmers arrived on time, well packaged, and in perfect condition. I had correspondence with the seller who responded the same day. I plan to use the towel warmer for many years. It seems well built and exactly as described. The price was right and I would recommend this product.

I was in the market for a towel warmer and decided to go with this one. I really love it, but I have noticed that it takes almost the entire 60 minutes to heat up a towel extra warm. If you turn it on and put a towel in there and take a 15 minute shower, the towel will not be heated in that time. Overall I would purchase again, I don’t mind setting the towel to warm prior to baths or showers.

Where has this been all my life!? It's PERFECT. When it showed up I thought it was going to be too small, but I can fit my robe, my bath towel, my hair towel, AND a set of pajamas in it all at the same time!! Getting out of the shower is exciting now! I used it once and it felt like it paid for itself. I looooove this thing!!!

I'm a nurse...the warm blankets I give to my patients are so nice I decided to get a towel warmer. This one was a good value and it works quickly and thoroughly...towels are heated through and stay warm..because..I'm worth it!!!!
