Locking mechanisms do not hold chair position. It hasn't been a safety issue as of yet. Contacted Amazon to hopefully alert the manufacturer.

The product won’t lock at the angles this is for smaller people not over 6 ft

Ordered 2 chairs and they just arrived. The chairs appear sturdy and look great, “except”, one of them arrived with “schmutz” (dark brown stains) on the chair back (see pics)…really disgusting and disappointing, actually. I will be returning and will update my 2-star rating (up or down) once I see how the return/replacement process goes.

when I ordered it was not clear that this was a returned item. box upon arrival was shredded. cup holders - one completely ripped off and not in the box, and one in bad shape.

Too big, very heavy. Hard to make the chair recline and get up again. Joints very stiff. One chair seems bent and is wobbly on the ground.Do not recommend!!Also they came via the post office in a huge clumsy box. How to return them???Cola

These were a great price and are very comfortable to use but the cup holders did break on both chairs.

This chair was a birthday gift. Within 4 months of the purchase the frame broke. Took photos and emailed them to the manufacturer who apologized and sent a replacement frame. The frame only was replaced and not the canvas, therefore when the frame arrived I placed the old canvas upon the new frame. Roughly two months after receiving the replacement frame the canvas now has separated from the rubber attachment pieces. I am a large man, I enjoy powerlifting and weigh 260 lbs however the chair is rated to handle up to 300lbs and for the price, 350 dollars, one should expect this. So once again I will have to contact the company and request another replacement which I have very little faith will endure much longer than the previous material. Poor quality. Very disappointing.
