Lock does not work

Chair is comfortable but when you recline it does not stay in place because the lock comes loose.

The lock to hold the reclining position is constantly sliding.

I like the comfort and size but the lock malfunction maybe something that I can’t live with. Still testing.

Comfy but………..

After two camping trips these chairs are really comfortable. The cup holder nets pop out of their frames when folding and 2 screws have come out of the arm pivot point.Otherwise good chairs so far.

Locking Levers Move From Tight to Loose on Their Own

I have had this chair for a week...and I have sat in it several times. The chair is well-made, heavy, very sturdy and fairly comfortable to sit in. However, the problem with my chair is that the two levers that are supposed to hold the sitting surface in a fixed position loosen on their own as soon as you sit in the chair (you can watch them move)...and the chair moves into an upright sitting position...so no gravity zero gravity position.I would return the chair, however, the box that it came in was pretty well destroyed during shipping...and is not reusable. I doubt that I can find/buy another box of the same size...so I am probably stuck with the chair.

Doesn't hold the half laying down position

Use the product to take to the hotel to sleep in. Back problems, cannot sleep in bed. It will not hold in any position except laying fully prone. My back needs to be in a position not fully prone. This zero lounger won't hold the position. Great if fully extended but will not hold in any other position. Also. my ankles dangle over the end and the end bar bites into my ankles. I have another model which holds in all positions.

Nice but won’t stay in locked position

The chair seems better than most chinese garbage, but it slowly sinks back down to the upright position after locking in reclined mode. I might as well have a cheaper chair. BTW I am 5’10” and weigh 170lbs.

Replaced 2023

We have to replace it. The padding ripped. Note we did leave it outside all year. The strings stayed intact. It held the weight of 240lbs. Very comfortable.
