This is my second attempt to resolve.. my item was damaged upon delivery and I hope this can be rectified

I dislike everything about this chair. It doesn’t glide on the floor, it’s very difficult to adjust to the correct position and then it doesn’t close right. I would return the chair but I don’t have the box.

I received this chair broken. I wanted to return it but all the shipping company charges a lot to ship such a large item internationally while only $15 shipping fee will be reimbursed. So I have to keep this broken chair. I feel very disappointed about this purchase. Because the cup holder on the side of chair broken when arrive, I also feel unsafe about the overall quality of this chair. It looks like the connection parts all use similar plastic material. If cup holder breaks easily…I feel other parts will do the same…

The media could not be loaded. Material fell apart and stared to tare before year 2 on both chairs we orderd.Frame seams sturdy but need to use outdoor

Legs bent after a few uses.

This chair was a birthday gift. Within 4 months of the purchase the frame broke. Took photos and emailed them to the manufacturer who apologized and sent a replacement frame. The frame only was replaced and not the canvas, therefore when the frame arrived I placed the old canvas upon the new frame. Roughly two months after receiving the replacement frame the canvas now has separated from the rubber attachment pieces. I am a large man, I enjoy powerlifting and weigh 260 lbs however the chair is rated to handle up to 300lbs and for the price, 350 dollars, one should expect this. So once again I will have to contact the company and request another replacement which I have very little faith will endure much longer than the previous material. Poor quality. Very disappointing.

These were a great price and are very comfortable to use but the cup holders did break on both chairs.

Too big, very heavy. Hard to make the chair recline and get up again. Joints very stiff. One chair seems bent and is wobbly on the ground.Do not recommend!!Also they came via the post office in a huge clumsy box. How to return them???Cola
