The black chaise lounges look great. Subtracted a star because the chaise pad is very thin and, as a result, not comfortable. We purchased replacement pads but they are standard size 72 inches, about 2 inches shorter than the chaise. I haven’t been able to find pads in the correct length x width.

You get what you pay for with this. Looks nice but overall quality is meh.

Like most everything, but delivery was delayed. Reasonable assembly time. Looks great.

Overall, I am pleased with the 2 lounge chairs. Assembly was time consuming but nonetheless well instructed with all parts being lettered. However my disappointment is that one of the chairs came without 2 crucial screws (#4) and I have had to jury rig it with my only available similar alternative. This is maddening to be missing crucial parts!!! Quality control???

Mon utilisation est de relaxer calmement sur ma terrasse patio.L'inconvénient est que cette chaise est beaucoup trop basse.Ce n'est vraiment pas confortable pour s'y relever.les pattes devraient avoir un minimum de 4 pouces de plus hautes.Je vais essayer de trouver une façon de palier à cette situation en bricolantdes extensions de pattes.Merci,

Ordered two. The first box was missing a long bolt. Customer service had options to give me few bucks and go find in the stores. But the size was not available at ACE, Lowe’s or True Value. So had them send me new one. It took a few days and they sent me a whole new kit not just the bolt. After building the first chair the second one was much easier. Instructions are just pictures

Bought this 3/2/22 and kept in the box in my garage until mid April. I have kept it covered except when in use. One of the criss-cross pieces has already come out.

Just be forewarned that this item comes in many pieces with a big bag of screws. It also tells you not to leave outside in any kind of weather conditions. So ....

The colour options clearly state white so I ordered white. But received an ugly two tone brown, which I never would have ordered. Had I known there was no white I would have ordered black, not brown. The manual that comes with the lounger says "Do Not Return." So the company can substitute anything to get rid of the least popular colours. How convenient. But why lie about the colour? It throws all other claims into question. Like the weight the chair can hold. Since the screws that hold the backrest are too short and tend to pop out this lounge chair cannot take much weight. Tightening them requires dis-assembly. Since assembly was very difficult this is an unacceptable design flaw. Many other design shortcomings for the price: have to get out of the chair to adjust it; the lack of wheels makes it difficult to move (ie out of the wind, or into shade); the pad is thin and not cushy, the pad fabric looks like nylon, is uncomfortable against the skin on a hot day.
