No assembly instructions provided. Can't tell you anything else since I can't put it together!!

After a month of use the frame cracked and the lounge chair bent in half down the middle of the chair such that it is no longer usable. Also the cushion is flat and not thick cushion and stains so very easily

Not difficult to put together until we got to where we needed to put the bolts through the factory-made holes....they were 3 inches away from where the bolt would be inserted. Plus, their return paperwork indicated I had to pay for return shipping but nothing was said about customer-paid return for defective products!!! Ridiculous! Update: Amazon customer service intervened and required them to pay for returned defective product. 8 I was told I would receive an emailed postage paid label...but am still waiting for it. An "A for Amazon but an "F" for the seller.Would never buy from this vendor again.

Just purchased this product and trying to assemble but as you can see in the picture there seems to be a problem with where the fastener goes. It has nothing to tighten it too. I notified customer service and they said to assemble it anyway. Now, just know this is a chair that has to take on someone weighing up to 200lbs. This is not acceptable and customer service is saying to assemble anyway!
