Bought this 3/2/22 and kept in the box in my garage until mid April. I have kept it covered except when in use. One of the criss-cross pieces has already come out.

Ordered two. The first box was missing a long bolt. Customer service had options to give me few bucks and go find in the stores. But the size was not available at ACE, Lowe’s or True Value. So had them send me new one. It took a few days and they sent me a whole new kit not just the bolt. After building the first chair the second one was much easier. Instructions are just pictures
