I've purchased these lights multiple times for my teenage girls. Earlier versions of these lights had a black electric cord hanging down one side. More recently (since 2020) the cord is now made of the same silvery wire as the light strands, so it's less noticeable. The lights last about two years when used daily for about six hours per day.

I really like these! I made the mistake of taking the twist ties off before hanging the main wire and spent about an hour untangling them though, so be sure to leave those on until it has been hung up. I wish they could be dimmed a bit, but other than that they are great! I love the different modes. They did not come with a remote control. The modes are changed via a box on the plug. Not a big deal because we leave them on one setting. I’m using a smart plug to have them come on at dusk and go off when I’m usually asleep.

This makes my bedroom look super cozy yet glam. I turn on these lights on nearly every day and I’ve had them well over a year and they are still going strong. I just moved apts. and this was one of the first items I had to put up. Definitely brightens up my room, while at the same time giving me that cozy at home vibe. I never received a remote control though 🙁 with my purchase. It definitely would make it more convenient to have one, especially when falling asleep at night and having to get up to turn off lights. Would of for sure preferred a remote control but even without one, it’s worth the purchase and still gets 5 stars from me.

I wanted some lights for my meditation room because my salt lamp barely puts off any light but my overhead light was way too bright so I figured I would give these a shot. I don't know the longevity but all I know is I am in love with these lights! There is several different modes and they all are pretty cool but for my use I'm just going to keep it on solid. I used thumbtacks to put them in the ceiling and it seems to be holding them just fine.

These lights are so pretty. I want them for every room! They just add a beautiful sparkle to the room. I do wish they were a bit more “warm white”. Against my “warm white” Christmas decorations, they actually pull a little on the cooler side. But looking at them on their own, they are great! They have been in use for over a month with no shortage or issues! Each piece is very long and can be tangled easily if you are not careful. I suggest placing them where you want them at the top and then unwrapping each piece.

The media could not be loaded. I am so impressed with these lights. I was a little worried how they would look behind my daughter's curtains, because her curtains aren't sheer at all. I think they still look great! When I opened the box, it looked like it would be a nightmare to untangle, but they were packed neatly and were super easy to hang up. They are pretty long, so I bunched up the bottom of each strand and tied them with the twist ties that the lights were packaged with.

I wanted beautiful, cascading, twinkling, joyful tiny pins of light to put up in our living room window for the Christmas holidays. These are perfect. I have a set of gauzy, ivory sheers in front of the lights so it adds a soft, hazy glow and helps to cover the wires as well. There are multiple light patterns ranging from a quick tempo flash to a slow-burn light effect. One strand was enough to go across my set of windows, so I just saved the other set for a backup. We used them daily for about three months - and they are still up in my window and I don't want to remove them! Today I turned them on while it was raining outside, and it was beautiful. I bet they would look great in a teen's room - or even for a dazzling effect for a wedding or special event. I'm happy and would be these again in a heartbeat.

I love this thing. I originally got it as lighting for a sliding glass window in my old apartment, but it looked dingy during the day and wasn’t quite right. I gave it to my boyfriend who I now live with and we put it in our front window at Christmas. It’s on a wifi timer we bought separately and if it didn’t look dingy during the day still, we’d leave it up all year. Warm lights, lovely sparkly Christmas magic. Highly recommend.

These lights have been amazing! I was looking to add some extra light on my balcony and these absolutely get the job done. I’m not sure what happened with other reviewers, but my remote works fine, none of the bulbs are out, and they’re definitely weatherproof as they survived hurricane Eta back in November. I get compliments on them all the time while I’m out on my balcony and other neighbors have purchased them without any issues. With any light purchase people should always check upon arrival to make sure all of them work, since that seems to be a common issue that’s easily fixable with a quick exchange. That can happen during shipping and isn’t always the seller’s fault.
