I purchased this steamer in Nov and it stopped working by Jan. I thought maybe this one was a faulty one out of the lot and ordered one more in Jan. And now it stopped working again. For no reason, we make sure to drain of any access water and unplug and store it off in a clean dry place and still stopped working. Its a waste of money to buy it. Will never buy from this company again

Not much heat but it got the job done

It fell apart/broke, The water seal on the water container broke within 2 months I have nothing positive to say about a faulty product. Science it is broken it has no use no moisturizing or deep cleaning results

Bought this product twice. Steam is extremely low and water cup on both cracked in a few use. One of the two wouldn't even give out steam. Waste of money.

This worked great but only last almost 2 months. That’s when I turned it on, it sparked by where the cable fits into the steamer, and hasn’t worked since. I can’t contact the seller so it looks like there is no 1 year warranty like other steamers.
