Works as advertised and expected.

I really love this and use it often, but I’ve noticed recently it’s started to spit. Imagine tiny droplets of hot water randomly flying at your face at uneven intervals. Not cool. It doesn’t do it every time and it may be from me using the handle and not placing it on a flat surface. Either way, I know it’s not intended to do so. I’d recommend making sure the well is full at each use. That seems to decrease the threat of injury and discomfort. Just an extra tip, I often add a little rose water or a few drops of serum for added moisture. I’m sure the directions heed against that, but it’s very effective. Just add a few so as not to gum up the works, literally. That’s not the cause of the spitting btw. It only happens when the well is low. I’d still recommend it, just take my advice about filling it every time.

i like that it’s small and puts out good amount of steam. i like that you don’t have to stick your whole face over the unit and alt hat you can keep some distance but still get good steam on your face. i use it for sinus and my dry eyes and affords some relief. had another type and i like this one better because you can use it sitting straight up vs bending over to put your face over it.

It does exactly whag you need it to do. It warms a lot so stream is pretty hot. Only drawback is that it doesnt automatically shut off when its out of water so just pay attention. Lightweight and efficient
