It fell apart/broke, The water seal on the water container broke within 2 months I have nothing positive to say about a faulty product. Science it is broken it has no use no moisturizing or deep cleaning results

Bought this product twice. Steam is extremely low and water cup on both cracked in a few use. One of the two wouldn't even give out steam. Waste of money.

Used twice and it's doesnt work anymore.

This worked great but only last almost 2 months. That’s when I turned it on, it sparked by where the cable fits into the steamer, and hasn’t worked since.I can’t contact the seller so it looks like there is no 1 year warranty like other steamers.

It never work never turn on hard to use not the best

Not only is the tank very small but the flow of steam is almost none at all.

Wish I could give this o stars. Barely get any steam and it's very uncomfortable to maneuver. I almost burnt my face trying to get to the steam. I returned mine.

Very little hot air comes out, not steam. Instructions followed, it's easy to use, put water in and turn on but I hear the noise from the water heating up. I can get better steam from a bowl of hot water. Maybe it's defective?
