Did not rock smoothly My son kept sliding off the back end, it didn’t hold him up well. It just didn’t work well overall but gosh it was just sooooo cute! Not bad for price I guess, but more or less useless for my kids (10 month old and 2 year old)

I have no idea how this has good reviews. It is bulky in the front and has no weight to the back end. My son slides right off the back and cannot even rock one time without falling off. It was a cute idea but the design was executed poorly. Will be returning.

there was clear damage from it sitting in the store. probably shouldn’t have got it at all but once home i realized the little padded seat had ripped from the whale. and like someone else said.. its really awkward. front is bulky and the back has nothing to stop the child from sliding right off. i had to keep sitting my 16 month old son up so that he didnt fall off the back. i wouldn’t recommend at all

Cute but poor design. The seat is not level, it slopes up in the front and makes child slide backward. I have three kids, they all slide off. It doesn’t rock smoothly either.

Not functional- received as a gift it is super cute by once my daughter sits on it the whole back tail goes down and she slides off

Very cute but not functional — grandkids from 9 months to 7 yrs old and non of them want to use it. I use it to keep little ones from getting behind a couch! That’s it … other than it looks cute as can be.

Looks nice, but is poorly designed as the seat is off center so kids keep falling off the back end. Even as a gift this isnt worth receiving.

It's cute, but it's very impractical. I wish I'd put more thought into it before purchasing. It's way too difficult for a toddler to stay on because the front end of the whale is so large, and the seated area is so small and close to the tail. My son is 18 months old and very mobile, and he can't rock on this without sliding off of the back.

This is a really cute rocker but the seat is very poorly placed. When we had bought this, I had my two-year-old at the time sit on it right away to try it and he fell off the back because of the fact that the seat is too close to the tail and there is no support in the tail to keep a toddler from falling off, We actually had to go ahead and bring the whale back and exchange it for the horse rocker
