My sons room is all underwater ocean theme and I have been looking for a whale rocker... hadn’t seen one anywhere... then BAM! Shopping in Target and I see one! Great quality, great price, great purchase!!!

The dimensions of the box were: Length: a little under 2 ft Height: little over 19 inches Width: 13 inches The whale rocker dimensions are: Rocker length 23.5 inches Width little over 13.5 inches Height 19 inches The whale is a beautiful light blue. All materials made for the whale are new materials. It is made in China. The whale is extremely soft. The cushion where your child sits is different material, more of a smooth material with stuffing. My son is 2 and 3 months, he didn't complain about the seat. So it must be comfortable. The wood for the rocker is all smooth. The front and the back of the wood has been slightly rounded. Also the rocker wood has safety in place so the rocker wont flip forward or backwards. The rocking is a very soothing sensation. There's 2 smooth wooden handle bars. I'd recommend this to kids 1-2 years old. My son was a little bummed there were no sounds or buttons. If you are looking for a quiet toy this is it. There is something inside the whale maybe a block that goes back and forth as you rock, making a little tap to help soothe the child. My son is big for 2, 37 inches and 29lbs and he fits perfectly on the whale. This whale would make a great accessory/toy to a whale theme nursery. If you are looking for a nice quality rocker this definitely is one!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We had previously purchased a rocking HORSE from B. toys, and my kids loved that one. I was so excited to see this sweet whale, made with a similar concept, but even better! The whale is adorably plush and a perfect size for my 2 year old to sit on, as the horse was, but the improvement in this is the whale’s tail. It is not rigid, but sturdy enough to give a sensation of a “seat” for the kids to sit in, so that they kind of stay in place better, and learn quicker not to rock back too far, lest they fall off the back end! For that reason, I think the shape of this cute little guy is great for an even younger kid, who has enough balance to sit up. The whale has that same gentle “clip clop” wound when it rocks, which makes it a really fun toy for kids that DOESN’T need batteries! they can ride this adorable rocker right into an imaginary ocean and have tons of fun getting creative while they play. I love it!

It is nicely made, incredibly soft and the perfect height for my 25 month old to easily get on and off by himself. He enjoys feeding, petting, and giving the whale checkups with his doctor kit, but mostly what I find him doing is gently rocking on it like a rocking chair while he watches a show. It is much more than just a rocker. Echo is a great chair, a great stuffed animal friend and a fun cute accessory to a rooms decor. We definitely enjoy this!

My only complaint is that I wish it were a bit larger. My 2 year old is almost too tall to use it. She is, however, extremely tall for a 2 year old (more the size of a 3.5 year old). Very excited that they added a whale! Has a little click-clack when rocked. The best part so far for our kids (2 and 4 yo) has been hugging the soft stuffed animal. I like the wooden base -- it feels sturdy and looks better than plastic. One issue: one of the threads that attach the seat was detached when we got it via order pick-up (no issue with functionality), and 2 others have come loose, too.

I ordered this online and picked up in store, and was pleasantly surprised by its size - it’s bigger than I thought, but still low to the ground so I feel safe giving it to my very active little guy (who may try to jump off it). I also think the price is just right.

The whale is absolutely adorable. My little one loves it.
