Mine came with splits in the wood. There was screws missing. The latch to open and close the lid was bent so oddly that I can’t use it to open or close the lid. I now have to purchase a new latch set from Home Depot, for around 200$ this is a POS. It’s weak, very flimsy and I’m upset I put so much money into something they could sell at dollar tree. What the hell you guys, please be honest in your product details. This box is NOT worth it.

I missed this small detail in the description when looking at the title that says "outdoor": "But the deck box is not waterproof, you should make a awning for it." Who buys a product to that requires building a structure to keep it dry. Just don't label it as "outdoors". After a few days of being on my deck and some rain the box began to warp and crack and pull apart. I've put some of it back together with wood screws since it was so expensive.Also, like many others it came cracked on arrival. I wood glued it and during assembly but still not ideal. The finish is faded and rough in spots. Note I purchased this in late July 2020 and put it in my shed around October.

I am so upset, this is exactly what I needed, looks great....but....if it rains for more than 5 minutes the cushions we store get stained. SHAMEFUL....too late to return. DO NOT BUY!

I thought this was a really nice piece and was beautiful! But after 4 weeks it got a crack in the wood and seems like it isn't that nice of quality. I wouldn't recommend.
