I’ve purchased these before for my house. They do what I need.

We have had these come loose and fall into the tub. ALWAYS check suction before showering so you don't fall when/if the handles fail. However, these are still far superior to NO grab bars. Just be careful.

I gave a low score to installation because pushing down the toggle switch requires a great deal of strength and if you are ill and/or elderly it may require someone else to provide a serious assist.

This is a great product! But it has a flaw. When the handle gets wet and soapy, it's difficult to get a useful grip on it.It would benefit from some aggressive molded-in texturing, or even checkering (Such as on a firearm's stock.)

Using on our glass slider door, much easier to grab instead regular handle! Just purchased, we'll see if they last...

Like the product. The handles are slippery when your hands are soapy. Seems they could be roughed.

The pin securing the lever broke on installation of second one. No problem with top end or install of first bar. The pin should be made of metal!

The units work well. However every few days they come loose. That could be a disaster for the unwary!

Shower assistance for elderly, Works ok. Only complaint was that I had to return initial item because it was defective.
