My mom's shower was renovated over 10yrs ago with shower grab bars installed. Over the years her needs chamged. This is perfect solution without drilling or another renovation. Make sure to follow instructions for safety... check the suction hold power every fee days or remove completely and re-position weekly! Mom's shower tiles are very glossy smooth thus suction grip is very strong. The only drawback if any would be to have these in bright color for easier visual for older eyes... I'm thinking I may spray paint the handles later.

One of them will not hold suction it locks on but will let go in about 10 minutes I am not using it afraid i might hurt myself would it be possible to send me one to replace it I think it is defectived

My wife had hip replacement surgery and we wanted some handles in the shower for her hold onto, but didn’t want to permanently mount anything on our tile walls. These suction handles were the perfect choice for us. They were easy to install, and are very sturdy. I cleaned the walls with bathroom cleaner followed by Isopropyl Alcohol, before sticking the handles in place. I was amazed how strong they are. After 3-1/2 weeks, one of the four suction cups was starting to become slightly loose. I released that lever and then pushed the lever down again, and it’s been holding well ever since. I’d highly recommend these to anyone who has smooth shower walls and wants to easily add some safety handles.

During a recent illness, put these in the shower stallThey're great and give us safety and security, even as I've recovered.My fiberglass shower lets one of the suction cups become loose (I think it's the temp shift in the housing.The product isn't to blame, my shower stall is.Just have to check that cup when I turn the water on.When properly mounted, these things will hold my body weight.Highly recommend.

Great handle when you don't want to drill holes in bathroom tile. Easy to set in place. My elderly dad needed extra support in the shower. Clean and leave the tile wet when applying; this sticks very quickly. Our tile has very light texture (you can feel but not see it) and this still sticks well. Best on smooth tile, especially on a single tile if possible.Once it did not stick well, got loose and fell. I wet the surface, and reapplied, keeping the handle on a single tile. It has been fine ever since.Positives: you can move this around if the original spot is not best. Don't need to drill holes.Negatives: won't work on uneven tile.For safety, check that it is connected sturdily every week.

These work amazingly great! I had a full hip replacement surgery and used these/still using them to get in and out of my full bathtub. Stepping over 24 inches to get in tub to shower. I'm a big man...... 300lbs. They have held in place for 3 weeks now without any slippage or movement. Highly recommend!

I placed these in my shower but couldn’t press the tabs back into place. My husband and I worked on them for several minutes and finally he got them down. We laughed at the ad that shows a woman putting them down in place with one finger. lOLI originally thought I could just easily remove these and take them on vacation to showers that did not have support bars, but when I discovered how difficult that was going to be, I just ordered another set. The price increase was $5.00 over only a few weeks.

We installed two in the shower and the one has held firm so far. The other one I found on shower bottom so I think it might have been placed slightly on a curve. We moved it back toward the shower seat and seems to be holding well. I can tell more after my next shower but they apply easily and do not damage the walls. Great concept.

The pair of shower handles make a great addition to any shower. They are well made and have good suction power on most smooth surfaces. You may need to adjust the direction of the handles to adequately attach to square tiles as sometimes the suction area extends to the grout areas beyond the adjacent tiles. The overall suction area can still adequately provide great attachment area even if the suction rubber extends beyond the tile dimensions and into the grout area where suction would normally be poor. The pair are fairly light weight but strong and could be easily taken on trips for use in many hotels.
