It shipped with only the cooker and missing the cores to get plugged in. It came in as an open box item as well. There is some dent on the side too. Very disappointing!

Warehouse work isn’t rocket science. If a box has a big hole that means the product inside is more than likely damaged. Why ship it? I would have rather received an out-of-stock email than receiving a damaged pot. What a surprise, the pot was damaged.

This item was in an open box in the original box with a label on it. The box was not sealed or taped up so anybody could open it up. This was an online order. I returned it because this is a terrible way to ship an item. I am surprised Target would ship something like this in an unsealed box like that. I wouldn't have wanted to use it.

It is ridiculous that I order this product from Target, fedEx confirms they can't ship to me after 2 weeks due to wrong address while I am send several emails to confirm my address and I use the same information to order goods from Amazone, Walmarts, Macy's as usual. Today, Target confirms they denied the return as they don't receive product from FedEx. It is not my problem. Pls check and proceed refund to me

After opening it for cleaning, I found that the liner was peeling off. I have used the one I bought before and this has not happened for more than 5 years. Isn‘t the inner tank made of stainless steel?

Item came damaged. Going to try again.

I’m SO disappointed. My daughter uses her original Instant Pot daily & kept recommending that I get one. After washing inner cooking pot & setting up, I did the recommended test of boiling water for 5 minutes to make sure Instant Pot was working correctly. After dumping the water, I noticed that the bottom of the cooking pot was covered in little spots. I washed it, dried with a white dish towel, & the towel came away gray. It looks like it’s leaching metal. Washed several times & it kept happening. Don’t want that in my food! It’s going back to Target.
