Original box was dented and appeared to have been opened previously. Missing my valve cap, so literally couldn’t pressure cook out the box. Frustrating experience, going to reconsider ever using the Target pickup and this store in general if that’s the cheap crap I’m going to get unloaded on me.

Display screen disfigured after 1 use and leaking on sides

Mine only worked for a couple of months and then just stopped.

I really want this instant pot is a good deal for $89.99 but I bought 2 already and they come damaged. The display all scratched, the pot on the inside scratched and the lid also damaged. I already made 2 returns and I’m questioning if to buy from another Target and test my luck.

Preheat worked but cooking feature never turned on. Returning soon.

I’m SO disappointed. My daughter uses her original Instant Pot daily & kept recommending that I get one. After washing inner cooking pot & setting up, I did the recommended test of boiling water for 5 minutes to make sure Instant Pot was working correctly. After dumping the water, I noticed that the bottom of the cooking pot was covered in little spots. I washed it, dried with a white dish towel, & the towel came away gray. It looks like it’s leaching metal. Washed several times & it kept happening. Don’t want that in my food! It’s going back to Target.

Item came damaged. Going to try again.

After opening it for cleaning, I found that the liner was peeling off. I have used the one I bought before and this has not happened for more than 5 years. Isn‘t the inner tank made of stainless steel?

It is ridiculous that I order this product from Target, fedEx confirms they can't ship to me after 2 weeks due to wrong address while I am send several emails to confirm my address and I use the same information to order goods from Amazone, Walmarts, Macy's as usual. Today, Target confirms they denied the return as they don't receive product from FedEx. It is not my problem. Pls check and proceed refund to me
