The media could not be loaded. Loved this unit...came all put together, well boxed, protected...Literally spent more time prepping site and unboxing it than anything else. Install tank, connect, turn valve, open gas, press igniter, shazam, fire... So easy a caveman can do it..if you can operate a gas grill, you can operate this. We replaced the lava rock with the cut glass faux rock, love it. The amazon delivery crew dropped it right where i needed, guy was a stud... 3-8-21 ok...just using the glass block was weak, so i added the lava rock and the glass block, fills in the bowl more, i like the look of the fire as it wafts up thru the stone/glass too... Also, the plastic pot liner was cheesy, so i hit lowes and bought a 31gal galvanized trash can, and use the lid to cover the bowl, perfect fit, and can be put on while the the unit is cooling, natural hi point so water will shed too. Also picked up a 19.00 grill cover to replace the POS supplied.

I bought this because Amazon said “free returns” but that’s a lie. To my house this fire pit’s shipping was $40. I had to pay that to ship it back. Ive returned so many items for actual $0 to Amazon that when you say “free returns” to a prime member I assume that means “no cost to you, the customer.” Very frustrating when you can’t get a clear return cost anywhere on the amazon website. The fire pit itself works fine — it’s well made, looks nice, and puts out a nice flame. It’s just not enough warmth for my outdoor patio. If you want this for some moderate heat and aesthetics it’s perfect — as a heater it’s not great. I thought that could be the case and would not have tried it out if Amazon had been more explicit about how the returns on this item would work.

The media could not be loaded. Fantastic product...as of this writing. Purchased for wife for Christmas and she loved it. Changed the lava rock for Celestial Fire Glass 1/2 Sunstorm Gold and the ambiance changed dramatically. It is heavy, so much that the US Postal Service wouldn't deliver. Shouldn't have to worry about the wind blowing it off the patio. Does go through propane pretty quick if on high. The unit I have can be a little finicky at times with start up but it does work and if the auto start fails, a firestarter will work just as well. Very pleased with the Firebowl up to this point and hope to update after the rainy season.

I read all the reviews before purchasing this item & I was somewhat skeptical regarding some of the reviews stating it was received damaged. Item was well packed & received in perfect condition. Set up was easy & after attaching a propane tank(15 lbs) like is used with a gas grill, it worked perfect the first time I used it. I followed the directions & had no problems with it staying lit or lighting it. It seems well made & the cover that came with it is also nice. I did purchase 20 lbs of 1/2 inch fire glass to use rather than the lava rocks & it looks beautiful when lit.

This firepit is the real deal - it is heavy duty. From the stand to the bowl on top, it is not cheaply made. It is heavy so you won't just lift it up and around all the time, but the base and the bowl are really sturdy, not just look alike material. We bought the glass to go in it, we filled the bottom part with part of the lava rock included and then put the glass on top of that, otherwise, you may be buying 2 containers of glass. It was easy to assemble and we had it up and going within 20 to 30 minutes. We bought a different heavy duty cover for it, as the one that comes with it is very thin and it looks like water would likely leak through it. Very beautiful on our deck, I would recommend this fire pit.

My unit arrived without any damage. I did use the included touch-up pen to repair a small chip that I caused putting the access door back in place. I suspect it will chip easily. Nice and compact design looks good on our lanai. With the propane tank installed it is really too heavy to pick up and move so I have changed out the adjustable rubber tipped feet for caster wheels so it can be easily rolled into a corner when not in use. I also replace the included lava rock with glass rock which adds to the rich look of the flame. The unit lights with ease and provides a very attractive ambiance.

We have a small 10x10 open patio where we put this firepit. The size is perfect. We have 4 chairs around it. It gives the space such warmth. We've had it long enough now that we've used it when it's been hot outside so we used it more just for show, and during the cold months where we enjoyed it not only for the aesthetics, but also for the heat. It doesn't give off an exdessive amount of heat, but definitely enough to enjoy. Very easy to start and easy to change out the propane tank. The tank is very well hidden when in place.

Attached 20 gallon LP tank to regulator, added provided lava rock, added provided AAA battery for click starter, put on door then started it up. Really quick and easy set up maybe 10 minutes. Took more time removing from the box. Unit was packed in the box tight and extremely well protected, Perfect size, stone work looks real. Flame adjustment from low to high by a knob on one side. No wonder it’s 4 of 5 stars with great reviews. Also comes with a couple touch up pens in the event it gets scratched and a thin vinyl cover which I’ll probably replace. Overall extremely pleased. We recently got 4 resin Adirondack chairs that I placed around this unit. Excellent!

Great look, size and flame. Opted for Blue Fire Glass (20 lbs) in lieu of the provided lava rocks. Thought it was a better look. Not great for heat, unless you are close. It was preassembled, so the only installation was adding the glass/rocks and attaching the propane cylinder. Highly recommend. Bonus - comes with a cover, although not sure if water proof. ?
