Ignition is junk. Never worked from First time out of box... major hassle to ship back. Looks great but there is zero customer service Called in a Wednesday at 4 o’clock hold time was “ In Excess of 40 minutes” what a joke no one can wait min of 40 minutes

I ordered it in January and used it briefly 2 or 3 times before Memorial weekend and it worked fine. However, on 5/27, although it fired up with the gas knob pushed in, the gas shut off as soon as I released the knob. I did hold the knob in for an extended period trying to make sure the thermocouple was hot. I did repressurize the gas valve and I did check the wiring between the thermocouple and the control valve. I attempted to phone Bond Customer Service and was put on hold for a long time and finally followed the suggestion on the recording and emailed them. Now, two days later, still no response. I think I am stuck with yet another boat anchor.
