I absolutely love my vacuum!

Wood floors as well as carpet.

I was very skeptical of purchasing this product at first because It was describe as pre-used. However I have used shark vacuum clearers before and the ones that I have used still work. This vacuum cleaner arrived in mint condition, it was basically brand new when I unboxed it. This vacuum cleaner has great suction and the hose if used correctly can stretch up to approximately 13 feet. It is easy for me to carry up and down the stairs. I highly recommend this vacuum cleaner for anyone that is looking for good vacuum for a good price.

Worked out great for stairs sucking power was awesome it cleans up hair like a wiz I love the vacuum it's exactly what I was looking for the price was good I recommend this to just about anybody that does any kind of cleaning whatsoever.
