Gave as a gift. Only dissatisfied that it had brown markings on it, that showed it had been refurbished. Otherwise it runs very well.

Bottom part doesn't separate from canister, if cleaning up stairs you have to carry everything

Would have given a 5 star rating but the canister broke 1 week after I got it I glued it was doing g good then the canister broke again. In all fairness I called shark up and they replaced it for free and I received it the next day. Working good now.

I've had this kind of vacuum before and it works well. Had to buy a new one. The one I received was refurbished, not new, but I didn't even get through my house the second time and the handle broke off. Hoping the next I get in the exchange lasts longer.

I don't have stairs, so can't rate it on that. I liked my other Shark vacuum more...this one is cumbersome and the power cord is stiff. The duction in the hose is mediocre.

Does not pick up carpet well at all

Its the only bad feature about this vacuum but its a big one. The roller disingaged repeatedly on the carpet forcing me to shut it off to re-start. I then purchased the more expensive Shark Lift Away and LOVE IT. A smack to the wallet comparatively speaking but so worth it.

Very unhappy. This is listed as a lift-away in the item description, which is why I purchased it. However, when I received it and used it I realized it did NOT lift away as described. I had another Shark lift away that I loved, so I was upset to find out what I purchased was not the same even though it was listed as such. I bought it with the intention of using it under beds, on steps, etc. I had thrown the box in the dumpster so it was not retrievable. I’m heading to Target to buy the vacuum I need and I’ll be selling this one on Facebook Marketplace. Very unhappy with Amazon right now.

Thought this was the answer to my cleaning my floors easily. As it turns out, the suction is so minimal that my $10 Bissell Floor Sweeper I bought in 2005 does ten times the job. I tried to return for a refund, replacement or repair, but couldn't find a box to fit. Seller wouldn't provide box and my time to return ran out while I was trying to find one. Too expensive to buy a box this size. Now I'm stuck with a vac that is of no use whatsoever ,not to mention out of the $$. No, I won't buy from this seller again.

It Arrived then so I open and start joining the parts. it looks it was used & return by other customer .. even some parts are broken!!!!! Very upset..
