I purchased this speaker in December 2020 and it came DOA. Amazon was quick to replace the unit. However, as of August 2021, the speaker would no longer charge. I tried reaching out to customer service, but have never heard anything since their initial response telling me someone would be in contact. Have left numerous messages to no avail. The speaker is great as long as you don't ever need customer service. Speaker lasted only 8 months (and I only use it one or two times per month). Buyer beware.

Sound and connectivity are ok but not much volume even when cranked to max.Battery life didn't seem great when I got it, seemed to die in about 2-3 hours with volume at medium.After a half dozen uses in the last 20 days, it is now completely dead; won't turn on and won't charge. I know for a fact that it had charge because I just used it a couple days ago for maybe a half hour.Update: Someone claiming to be from Monster (I didn't bother attempting to verify them) emailed me and offered to give me a refund (Amazon refunded me weeks ago) and then said "...after you receive a full refund, would you like to help me delete the review..."!?! So obviously they want to push their product by removing bad reviews instead of investing some quality control into their production. Buyer Beware!

Didn’t charge after using it!

I have used this speaker occasionally when I’m vacationing. When using this monsters310 the bluelight will come on upon turning it on; then immediately the red light starts flashing and it says factory low. I have purchased 2 of these speakers and both of the speakers are doing the same (malfunctioning)

I bought 4 of these and although they look like the item listed they do not have the performance or battery life listed. I suspect that the seller or manufacturer has swapped the 5 star product out with a much inferior product. I returned all of them to buy another brand. Buyer beware!

Not very loud and only last about 5-4 months

DO NOT BUY! Quality is horrible and stopped working after 1 day. And price dropped from $89 to $59 Amazon refused to price match due to 3 party buyers apparently then upon trying to return item they charge an additional $7.99 to return with pickup even though I’m a Prime Member and have been for 20 years. Waste of money.
