First it arrived three days early. It had no dents or scratches. And started freezing quickly. It fits perfect in my utility room and was just what I needed for extra foods during these difficult times. I would recommend this product.

It got cold rather fast, I liked that part. However it only gave the option to get delivered... this thing showed up out of the box with the largest dent in it, decided to just keep it rather than deal with the hassle of returning and getting another damaged product.

The freezer gives a popping sound about evert 20 minutes

The freezer is fine. The ordering service was more trouble then it’s worth. Will not be ordering with Home Depot again

When I received the freezer had two dents in the front door

This is listed as a "freestanding MINI FRIDGE freezer compartment". That tells me that it is a mini refrigerator with a freezer compartment. Now I have to take it back. Lowe's won't pick it up. I guess spending thousands there each month means nothing to them.

Well packed, quick delivery. Fair rating is in response to how quickly it frosts up. Plenty cold @ -4 F. Remove paint protection, plug it in for about 5 hours, good to go.

if I had known it was coming from a third party I would not have ordered on walmart.com and unable to return it to the Walmart store. I noticed that you had same quality yet cheaper freezers at the local store and attempted to return this and was told I was unable to return it. They basically gave me an 800 number and said in order to return you have to call this number. So brought it back home and after plugging it in discover now it's not getting below 40° and it's a freezer supposed to get much colder. Just keeps making a gurgling noise.
