The freezer arrived damaged. The box it came in was ripped in multiple places and the door was damaged by one puncture into the freezer packaging. I plugged the freezer in and ran it for 3 hours and the temperature never went below 60F Returning freezer

Horrible - This product worked for less than 30 days. Seller was unresponsive as was Walmart. Purchased this for an elderly relative to store additional food during COVID.

I recieved this freezer. I did everything the instructions said to do and it didn't work. But that was just the beginning of the story. When I tried to initiate the return policy the China company it came from wanted a video of it not working before they would honor the return policy. What a hassle! And Overstock.com can't and won't be responsible nor can control what their 3 party sellers do. I did finally figure out the video issue and sent it to them via email, and recieved a refund. But now stuck with the defective freezer because they don't want it back. Go figure! I think they knew it was a piece if crap to begin with! The company is called Cosway..I will never order anything from them again. As they say "Buyer Beware"

This item was badly damage when I received it. It's nothing like I expected it to be for the price I paid for it.

Didn't work upon arrival. Got refund.
