This is a nice sturdy wagon that almost fits nicely in my SVU - I have to turn the floating wheels to fit it. Carries weight well and moves efficiently. My greatest concern is that the wheel connectors are flimsy and one popped off already. I was able to refit it but it could have been a disaster if it happened with a loaded wagon!

Not going to lie, I was a little disappointed at first that the wagon didn't come fully assembled already. I was wanting to use it out of the box, but two wheels were still needing to be assembled. This might not even bother others, but that was my initial reaction. The maximum weight capacity is 180lbs, which is more than expected for this product. At first, I was afraid I might not like the “plastic” wheels based on the picture online and first glance of the product in person, but to my surprise, the middle of the wheel is rubber! I can appreciate that as I fear rolling a wagon on pavement would cause loud sounds. The assembly instructions are attached to the bottom plates. They were pretty much clear with each step. I had some difficulty opening the wagon, but found it handy pushing down on the bottom to expand it. It's a lot heavier than it appears, but that makes sense if the product isn't just plastic. So luckily putting the wheels on didn't take much effort and the wagon was ready to go. It's easy to fold for storage. Overall, I'm pleased with the product. It's smooth when pulling, I like the adjustable handle height, and the quality seems good. I'd still recommend this to others despite my initial reaction.
