NOT ALL THE PARTS CAME WITH IT AND EMAILED CUSTOMER SERVICE AND NO RESPONSE!!

We bought this last year for a beach trip. I absolutely loved it, although not really a space saver for a wagon. It was larger than I thought. We strapped it to the top of our SUV along with other beach items and at some point, the inside liner flew out. It wasn't a big deal and I figured the company would send us a replacement or let us buy a new one. That was not the case. Dealing with customer service was a nightmare and they informed us that our only choice would be to send the entire wagon back (which has to be disassembled, by the way, and was a nightmare to assemble to begin with) and getting a new liner was not an option. I declined and decided to try and continue to use it as is. A few weeks later as I rolled it across my yard to store it, one of the wheels fell off. The wheels are only held on by a small metal attachment. Guess what? The attachment is nowhere to be found and I have no way of getting the tire back on. And after the liner debacle, I won't be contacting the company to try and replace it. Super disappointed that I now have a piece of trash that I'll most likely put on the side of the road.

It was too bulky and does not fold up without taking the back wheels off which would be inconvenient but also was missing one of two clips to attach the removable wheel. If it wasn't gone in box it might have been lost easily with storage each time I put it away.

I requested this as a Christmas present bc i go cwmping a lot. I loved it but i only used it twice before the hardware fell off and the wheel doesnt work anymore. I cant find replacement hardware anywhere so its useless now.

Used less then a year and the wheel broke.. used for just beach chairs and cooler. Really bummed.. its great until the wheel breaks less then a year, stored properly and well taken care of too

Used one time and the second time some screws popped out and I had to lift and care the wagon. Not durable

Love the cart. Used it once. Front wheels have to be attached. There are few instructions on how to do so. Difficult to figure out. Worked fine. On the ride home, the cart tipped and one if the tires fell off. All the parts scattered. They are nowhere to be found. We took everything out of my vehicle to find them. Found all but 2 parts - the most important 2. The axle and the lock. I now have a dysfunctional wagon after one use. I've googled replacement parts to no avail. The tires should NOT be that easy to fly off.

So we haven't even had this for a month and one of the wheel screws popped off and now it doesn't even roll right and the tire might pop off if I don't find something to use for it and it's a piece that I don't think you can just buy so now im probably unable to use it :( which I really sad becAise I spend good bit of money for this
