I received my wagon the other day. Seems sturdy, however, the bolts to attach the wheels were missing so I will have to return.

Its a really nice wagon, but the first time we used it a cap fell off at the beach that holds the front tire on. Im still trying to get a replacement piece.

I used it once and one wheel came off The clips that hold them on are not too Secure.

It's a good little wagon, but not good for the beach. It was very difficult to pull through the sand, which is a bummer because we purchased it specifically for the beach and liked it otherwise.

Love the wagon. Perfect size, but wheel clip broke and now i can't use and its only a few months old. Help!

This is a great wagon. The only reason I give 3 stars is that the button/pin keeps falling off the wheel. To the point that I have already lost one the first time using it. I'm hoping to be able to buy a replacement.

I like that the wagon cart was good for transporting our beach stuff to the beach. However, very difficult to pull the beach cart through deep sand. Wheels unable to go through the sand easily. Will need a strong arm to pull the cart or push from the back of the cart. I saw a person checking in the same hotel as we were and using the same type of cart for transporting his luggage to his hotel room. He too said the cart is difficult to pull through the sand, if it is deep.

so far I am neutral about the product. this is my first beach wagon purchase so I'm not familiar with them. I am concerned/ confused as to why the middle of my wagon is not staying popped down. It will not lock in place. It keeps popping back up without me using the tab to pull it back up.. Not sure, but doesn't seem right to me. I have tried pulling it around the house a bit to see if the wagon folds itself back up since that middle bottom is not seeming to lock in place... It doesn't just fold itself so far so at least there's that. Would be nice to know if that is normal or not. I would figure it was supposed to lock down in place
