Bought this a little over a month ago and just opened it to use it, it won’t even charge. Tried multiple cords, plugs and outlets, nothing! So upset the return window already closed and I’m left with a piece of junk I never even used once! WASTE OF MONEY!

Bought it and left in a box for a while unopened. Finally got round to using it. Fired it up after charging and seemed to work ok. Not quite as effortlessly and smooth as implied but fine.Went to use again a week later and try balance of attachments and nothing. Tried to charge multiple times. Waste of money and because I didn’t use when first bought it unable to return.

After two uses, this thing no longer works. It does not charge. Very disappointed as my window for return is up.

Purchased four months ago. Went to charge it last night to use it, and wouldn't charge. Left it overnight, still nothing. Seems a lot of reviewers also have this problem. 0/10 would not recommend.

Battery does not last long enough to clean two tubs. Went to use today and product won’t charge or power on.

Worked great at first. Only used about six times and it’s dead as a door nail and of course “return or product support window” has closed. I do not recommend

This device is not powerful enough and instead of making it easier and faster to clean your bathroom, it actually makes it a longer and more complicated process. This is definitely not good for what they are selling it for.

I’ve had this product for just under a year. It has worked great for me and have had no problems. However, yesterday I noticed a strange smell in the house, like burning plastic. I found the device smoldering! You can see the brown spot on the handle left behind. The cord was totally melted to the charging port. Smoke was coming out. It had only been charging for about 45 minutes. Very scary and glad we caught it. If you have one of these, will charge it while you are at home and keep your eye on it!

Maybe used this 5 times in 3 months. Loved it before it stopped charging!!!!

Very sad I have only used the brush 4x and now the brush will not charge or work.
