I used this 1 time went to use again and now it won't charge the warranty is only good for 90 days so now I've wasted $42 for something I used literally 15 minutes to try it out won't buy anything else. Not to mention they don't even have any contact information in the box only giving 1 star cause it makes me

Box had a "RETURNED ITEM" sticker on it, Brush gets loose from shaft and wobbles while using. Would have been good if it worked.

Used it once and the motor stop working. It would cut off and when I restart it it would turn off as soon as I try to use it. I have not reached out to the seller yet but I will give them a try for a replacement.

All the video's show this item being used on a very clean shower, that should of been my first clue. Seriously, once I used it to clean behind the toilet, still had to get down there and wipe clean, may as well use clorox wipes and be done. I'm returning this product as it isn't is useful at all for me!!!

Bought this and it won’t charge. Unfortunately I waited two days too long to open it and the return window had closed.

This item did not hold a charge when received and all of the photos were stolen from the same product on the Walmart website. The box had many languages and poor images so Id assume this is a scam.

Ordered this tool and it didn’t work out of the box. I thought it was a little strange because all electronic devices usually arrive with a little battery. We plugged in the charger cord and nothing happened. No lights letting us know it was charging; nothing. Searched all over to make sure there wasn’t an on/off switch. Let it sit on the charger for an hour. Nothing. Feeling bamboozled by an IG influencer

Didn’t even get to use it. Came broke and dead battery wouldn’t even hold a charge

I have owned this product since October 14, 2023. After less than 6 months of ownership, the scrubber stopped charging. You cannot return or exchange this product after 30 days of ownership. I strongly recommend buying a higher-quality substitute product.
