My item arrived broken. It won't even turn on. I let it charge with the included charger. Nothing...completely dead.I really wish this would have worked. It has a lot of great scrubbers that came with it,the extension wands are easy to assemble, and the tilt mechanism is nice. It came with a charger, multiple scrubbing heads, polishing pads, a polishing cloth, and a hanger. I was really looking forward to using this. But I have been trying to operate it and charge it for the past few hours, and it is just completely dead.I rated 2 stars because the set itself is nice, but still useless as it appears all the attachments are stillProprietary. So disappointing.

Bought this to reduce actual manual scrubbing. Is weaker than my smaller battery operated one.Had shoulder surgery and this is not the tool that helped. Wish could return.

Really sad about this, I used it once and it died but now the battery won’t charge at all now. I’ve had it sitting on the charger for over an hour and nothing has changed
