The square turning mechanism from the front mounting is not long enough to go into the deadbolt turning mechanism, so I just wasted my money for a useless piece of crap!

Not easy to install and the lock does not lock. So we have it in and cannot lock our front door.

Stopped working every once in awhile after a few months of owning it. Not it doesn't work at all... The batteries are new. The code works... The lock just doesn't unlatch fully so only the physical key portion works.

Very cheap....did not work out of the box 2X. I called their customer service line several times to try and get technical help. No one answers or calls back. I got frustrated with all the wasted time and $20 dollars in batteries and sent 2 sets back. Very poor product.

When I purchased this a year ago it was easy to install and worked fine. After a year of use the deadbolt still works but the handle no longer works from the outside. I now have to purchase a new handle for this so overall not worth it.
