Well, when I received it, I called my son over to help me install it. We worked all day and got it installed but it didn't work properly. It would lock but you couldn't get the key out. No matter what we tried we could not make it work properly. The key would lock it and you could take the key out but when you tried to lock it with the code it would bind up and not lock. I waited awhile like a few days and took it apart myself and read the instructions and double checked what we did and when I put it back together it worked. I am happy now. I really like it. I would say the instructions are not clear enough.

I ordered the doorknob set and received it in good time. I had my son try to install it with my help. We got it installed after 2 days of messing with it. Couldn't get it to co-operate. Ended up with the combination unlocking and locking the door like it is supposed to except it won't let you take the key out. If you take the key out it binds up and won't lock the door. Works good with the key in. Just need some good instructions or someone that knows how to fix it.

Worked great for the first few months but now is malfunctioning a bit even after changing the batteries, it will relock itself after putting the code in and unlocking halfway, it sometimes wont accept the code, i will be replacing the touchpad soon i have a feeling

It does the job, but it's so loud!

It works okay. Door handle sticks at times, and code malfunction at times. Cheaply made.

Good product, well made. Color is very nice. Only three stars because it came scratched.

The keypad gets stuck and makes a beeping sound every once in awhile and can only be fixed with the key. I have tried to write to the company two times and they have not responded.

The finish of the lock does not match the handle. The handle template for installation is not accurate either. The products works great though, overall it's nice to have.

This product is ok. It’s a good quality for the money.
