I received a Pebblebeeas a gift. I put it on my dog and it works great as long as we are in the same house. If you want something that works outside of the line of site, keep looking. I think this is a terrible, sad device that seems like a rip off to me.

I purchased this device, and the slim one for my wallet, because I thought this version would function with the Google Find My Device app. They do not, but that is my mistake for not reading the information more closely. These devices function better than Tiles for finding a device, but my issue is with the "Left Behind" function. I'm sitting in my local bagel shop, with my keys and wallet in my pocket, and I get notified that I left them behind. Perhaps even worse is when I do leave a tagged item behind and 30 minutes later I get an alert that I left my keys or wallet behind. I hope the new version functions better, but I will have to wait until they are available.

I have been looking for a rechargable key tag to ring from my phone and find my phone.It works great when finding your keys and wallet around the house. Range isn't the best but I have a small apartment so it's okay with me.What irks me is that I've followed the directions to enable find my phone, but I haven't been able to work once. Both the clip and the card have the same issueAlso annoying I have set a large safe zone to stop it from alerting me when I'm home. It has gone offlike 4 times in one day while in the safe zoneI want to love it and give it 5 stars but so far I'm just tolerating it, as it does the main feature well enough

Works as advertised and helped me find a set of keys 2 miles away in the middle of the road. God help you if it loses connection or it loses power, re-connecting is absolutely ridiculous. Ease of setup is around 2/5, I still have one it will recognize on a broad search but it won't let me pair it (I have 2).

Be absolutely sure you're getting the right network. Both Apple and Android have separate Find My networks, and presumably for bureaucracy and capitalism, tracker devices don't work with both.If you use the wrong network it will work, but you'll get massively reduced coverage. It will be limited to only phones with the stupid Pebblebee app installed. They should change the description of this product to say it's essentially Apple only.Now on to the functionality. It's okay, the device charges by an exposed USBC connector and if you get less than 6 months then your tracker is probably broken.Tracker has little lights on the side and a speaker that you can find easily in a quiet room. Crowded restaurant, probably not. Loud concert, no chance. So the lights will help.Unfortunately it feels like crap. The plastic is cheap and it's going to break if I put it on my keys, like definitely. Good thing is I can hopefully track it when the cheap plastic key loop breaks off. It's also way more bulky than it needs to be, the circuit inside is much smaller. I'll eventually do a hack job on it by ripping the garbage plastic case off and just embedding it in a blob of epoxy or silicone.It's too bad. This could be a 5 star product easily if the case weren't garbage and they made it waterproof with wireless charging instead of exposed USBC.
