Christmas present

Bought thos for my 10 year old son for Christmas. He wants to learn to play the drums and we live in an apartment...not exactly enough room for a traditional drum set. So far we are completely happy with purchase! Sound quality is great and doesn't take up much space at all.

Wow this drum set just blows me away! It works so great, it's portable and doesn't need to be plugged in, headphones can keep it quiet. Really my son loves it and it works great as an introduction for kids. I bet it's even a decent jamming little toy as well.

I bought this for my daughter for a Christmas gift. It looked cool and I would’ve played with it as a child; however, apparently this day and age if it doesn’t look like a phone then it isn’t cool. I have a semi-jam sesh and rocked it out before I decided to put it up in the closet to gather dust. It fulfilled my dreams of being in a rock band despite my daughter liking it.

The media could not be loaded.  This is a great little space-saving instrument for the person who wants a drum set, but there’s no way they’re getting one. It’s fun to play, and has lots of great features. The volume goes really loud for when no one else is home, but also really soft (or you can use wired headphones) for when you need to be quieter. They seem to have thought of everything you might need. There’s a good video review here that goes over all the details. My video shows us playing the drums. Definitely a fun toy for a kid, or a good instrument for someone older who wants to make their own music.

And I love that he can plug in headphones to play it! I have my own little bam bam and needed to find something to keep his attention that he could beat up and make lots of noise without me having to hear it. Thats were this wonderful drum set pad comes in handy! I would recommend, just note that it will need a USB port for power it does not come with an AC adapter.

I got this set today. I think this set is good, but there is some sort of scratching noise after each the part of the drum plays, especially with the snare. I got this on sale, but honestly I DO NOT think that the sound quality is worth $260. Otherwise, I do think it is a good product and very portable. If you don't want the scratching noise, I wouldn't get it. Also, it is VERY sensitive, hit the stick, or even your finger on it too hard, and you will get a repeated sound, which sounds terrible. I know this sounds like it shouldn't be a 5 star review, but I just want to tell people that there a few issues, but I'm pretty happy with it.

Bought this for my 6 year old son as a birthday present. He was extremely happy with it.I did "play" with it a bit and can say the following:Pro's: The built in battery works very good and holds a charge. Feedback from the pads and drum stick interaction is good, but using a finger is nearly as satisfying. Speaker is loud enough to enjoy but not so loud as to fill the house (big thumbs up!!)Cons: While the sound is overall very good, the high and low end have some minor distortion. It's not a deal breaker and doesn't effect the overall value, but feel it's worth mentioning.For the price this is an extremely good electronic drum kit that my kids (and I) have thoroughly enjoyed using. I highly recommend it.

Bought it for my 1-year old son's birthday. Have had it for less than a month, but every day my son enjoys playing on it. It actually seems to have a bit more usability than a toy, as there are 5 different drum set sounds that can be used and it can be plugged into a computer to use with recording apps. I have played on it a little bit, and the drum sounds are decent enough for recording demos. I have not used it in this way yet, but will give it a try for recording my own musical compositions. But really, most importantly, my son is enjoying it. Recommended, especially for the price.
