It does everything it says it does. I am happy with it.

Determining the Ph for my plants was hard. I bought this Ph meter that also measures sunlight, water Ph and dryness. I found out that our Ph was 8.1! The Ph reducer brought it down. A great tool. The company emailed twice to ask if I’d received etc.

Just hoping I’m applying additives correctly.

Just received this today and promptly compared it to a very expensive unit I had borrowed from a friend. The readings on temp and pH were within two .02 counts on pH and 1 degree on temperature. Moisture followed the expensive one in that this unit displays 5 icons from +wet, wet, normal, dry and +dry while the expensive unit displays in %. Readings were comparable. Couldn't compare the sunlight portion because the expensive would does not have that feature.PH and moisture are important in what I'm growing and I would recommend this item.

This is pretty easy to use. Just stick it in the ground and press the button to see the reading. You do need 4 triple A batteries. I noticed that it's definitely easier to test soil that aren't too dry. If you stick into very dry soil, it's harder to pull out.

Works right out of the box. No set up required.

This is a great little meter. I wanted to get one that worked better than those cheapie $9 analog meters and this one fits the bill. When you power it on, the display lights up beautifully bright green. However, the light auto-powers off after about 2 minutes of use, with no way to get it back on. So if you happen to need to check 20 pots, the display gets hard to read halfway through. Otherwise, this is a fabulous and easy to use (stick it in the soil, and it reads the result). Measures "Dry, Dry+, Normal, Wet, Wet+" which is accurate enough for almost any houseplant use.

I have to get the soil to 4.5 to 5.5 for my blueberry bush. So I need a easy to use test kit I found this one to be simple to use. You pop in for batterys in the back. Simply to turn on you press the temparture botton that you can read in Celsius to Fahrenheit and the other one is PH also heat and moisture of soil. EASY To READ AND USE IT IS A GREAT BUY.
