It's a great idea. It may be too much for one plug; the usb ports don't seem to give a steady charge. My Fitbit charger kept turning off, saying the power supply wasn't strong enough to charge, and I tried it in all three ports.

I saw someone using socket shelf and just had to order one for myself. I plugged it onto a socket in my bathroom so I could see my phone when I’m getting ready in the morning. I love the concept and I’m using it. The only downside is that it tends to fall out of the socket with the slightest touch or bump. It is so handy that I continue to use it but very carefully.

My son received this exact device for Xmas and I tried to steal it ha...so I thought I’d order one for myself. His came unopened, with instructions, and a small bag contained the screw to fasten it to the wall. Mine came USED - the box was damaged, obviously opened and poorly retyped (curled up and not even fastened down), the product was literally dirty! You would think, especially with the pandemic going on, that products labeled as “new” would actually be New! I was able to use a sanitizing wipe to clean it. There were NO instructions and the optional screw for use was not neatly in a little bag - it was installed In the device - b/c this was a USED / returned unit. Sure it works fine - I have one small trimmer on top and 3 other devices plugged in...so yea, after about a week it’s fine... I would just be aware from buying from this specific vendor...

I got this to hold my phone and my eco dot up off the counter. It sorta does that... It doesn’t stay plugged in very well and tends to be too heavy. The little shelf also isn’t that big which kinda makes it useless.
