Just received product today. My husband mowed the lawn and set up the interlocking tiles we purchased specifically for this item to have a level area for it to be set up on. When we finally checked our orders and saw that it was delivered, our 3 year old was ecstatic!! He couldn’t wait till my husband was done mowing the lawn and setting up the tiles. As I was inside getting ready to clean thinking that my toddler would be outside having a blast on his new “bouncy slide”.. I hear him run in the house screaming and crying that his “bouncy slide” is gone and something about there only being a “fan” in the box. Between his crying and him only being 3, I surely thought he was mistaken and I ran outside where to my horror I see that I spent $450 for a air blower!!! The box indeed was missing the bouncy water slide. I paid extra to have it come with the air blower. Now it being the end of summer, and only having a couple weeks left (if that)... I have a heartbroken 3 year old and an air blower for almost $500!!

I BROUGHT THIS WATER SLIDE WITH THE AIR BLOWER & only RECEIVED THE AIR BLOWER ..? i MISS THE WATER SLIDE !!!

Started leaking on first use...not durable...cheap materials...cannot get a refund because there is no way you're getting that thing boxed up again after opening, filling, etc

Its super small for this price

Only received the bounce water pool without the blower which I paid for and ordered...Not been able to use it and no updates yet...

Got it yesterday as a bday/quarantine present only to set I up today and notice a huge tear where the stitching was undone. Total disappointment since the kiddos had been waiting all week for it to arrive

I wanted to love this slide, especially since the price wasn’t terrible. BUT, the weight limit on here is stated for 300lbs. My 73 pound son stepped on the slide and a huge hole was put into the step. I have sent about 5 emails to the company(in a month and a half span), along with pictures, and have not even received an email back. The hole in the slide far exceeds the size of the patches that were sent with it, so there is no patching it.

I don’t see this product lasting long. We opened the slide up today for the kids to play on and it already got a whole in it. The little tikes one we had last summer lasted 3 years and I don’t see this one lasting until the end of summer.

We loved this slide and didn’t have any issues until the blower just stopped working one day. We live in a cold climate so the slide only got about 5-6 months of once a week use. I contacted the seller and they said “it’s out of warranty. Sorry.” If you buy the slide, do yourself a favor and buy a different brand blower who stands by their products.
