The instructions are terrible. The first picture is the instructions for the blowup toy itself. Step three and step four are both incomplete. But there are two pages in the instruction manual of all the warnings and the not suitable in another warning and general warnings but they can’t bother to give you instructions of where the water valve connects or where the air blower connects. Absolutely no diagrams whatsoever. No pictures. The second photo is of the air blower. And as you can tell this “user manual” has nothing to do with how to actually connect it or use it. But it does have a lot of important safety instructions and how to dispose of it. Just not actually how to connect it will run it. If it wasn’t for the fact that it was so hard to unpack I would return the whole kit and caboodle.

I purchased in April and opened it today 6/15/18 and already wholes in it. I patched it up but I won’t buy that brand anymore.

The only thing that I disliked about this product is that it came in two separate packages. I feel like that needs to be mention when ordering. It is a big inconvenience when you get a slide without the blower. Besides that my daughter loves it!

It works good, but, I had to patch it right when I opened the box. It had a tear in the air line to the bounce house. I’m having trouble getting the hose hooked up, but, my husband is going to try to fix it.

Busted along the seam when a 52 pound child walked on it. The company did provide refund as they didn't have a replacement. Found this upsetting my kids loved this the short time we had it. Plus we are still out $99 for a blower we no longer use.

We just received this product so I can’t say much yet for its durability. But I will say it’s much smaller than the picture let’s on. Especially the pool area. The picture shows a child laying in the pool, that is not at all possible. It’s much smaller.

We’ve had this slide for 3 months now and it’s already tearing at the seam (see bubbling in picture) by the end of the slide. Everything still works, but the air bladder now fills up with water and it is a pain to dry out. It also has lost some of its pressure due to the tearing. I noticed it started about the 3rd use in. Kids still love it. My kids weigh 30 & 40 lbs so they are under the weight limit. The stitching should be better enforced in this high impact area. I’d still recommend this product, just wish it wasn’t already wearing down.

The pros: good price for the size of slide. Customer service was responsive when emailed. It's a great summer past time for a few small children at a time. The cons: the placing of the valve for the hose pipe is horrible. We didn't use it bc we were afraid that it would rip off with the weight of the hose. We just draped the hose over the top of the slide. One of the steps ripped at the seam. I contacted the seller and they offered a full refund and return product or a partial credit and keep and try to repair. I decided to take they partial credit and I will try to see the seam closed myself. Not sure if it will work though.

I like it but I’m beginning to question the durability of it. The kids run the side where the slide hits the pool on the right side every time they slide and the stitching is coming apart. It still works but now it gets water inside and we can’t get it to dry making storage difficult. This slide has been a blessing this summer but I’m not certain it will last much longer. I like it but it’s a lot of money for a few months of use.

An air pump is not provided. Flimsy material. This is smaller than depicted, only big enough for many 3-4 toddlers. The weight capacity on the top is only 66 lbs, so it's not for te whole family. I think it's a bit pricey considering. Do not expect it to last more than 2 or 3 uses.
