Just like other reviewers mentioned, it stopped working after six months.

Don’t bother with this Model if you have slightly long fingernails! It’s almost impossible to open the port to add water . I need to use the eraser part of a pencil or something with a little grip to open the flap to add water .. I even try to use the pad of my finger and it’s difficult! For this reason , I’m giving it a 1-Star as I don’t have the time to mess with this when I have other things that need my attention ! Other than that.. it’s a nice iron .. Modify the water port flap to have some sort of grip to avoid this issue!!!!!

I bought this iron a year ago and doesn’t work anymore.

I purchased this iron in-store about 6 or 7 months ago (best guess). In the last month it has strated spewing rust onto my clothes while ironing. It does not say that the iron sole plate is stainless steel, or that it even has any stainless steel components. The description of the sole plate is some diamond finish (?) If this is true, it could be the cause of the rust.

DON’T BUY THIS! I have had this iron for about 8 months and now it won’t turn on. I haven’t done anything to it, it has just stopped working. After reading the reviews I realize that this has happend a lot. Total junk!

Don’t buy it, it leaves rust spots all over your clothes when using the steam setting. I have to find something to open the top to place water into it and in the last month it’s been ruining my clothes.

I'm writing this review as a warning to others after my Black+Decker iron suddenly stopped working. I've had this iron for over a year and was initially satisfied with its performance. However, after few months of regular use, it simply quit working. The issue started with intermittent heat loss, and eventually, the iron wouldn't heat up at all. I tried troubleshooting by checking the cord, plug, and settings, but nothing worked. The iron was properly maintained and stored, so I'm disappointed in its lack of durability. The iron's failure is frustrating, especially since I relied on it for daily use. I expect a reasonable lifespan from my appliances, and this iron fell short. Pros: None at this point Cons: - Poor durability - Sudden loss of function - Intermittent heat loss before complete failure I hope the manufacturer takes steps to address the reliability issues with their irons. Until then, I'll be looking for a more dependable option.

The spra doesn't work

I actually loved this iron then BAM it stopped working. Purchased another one and same thing stopped working hadn’t even been a month the first one stopped after a couple months. The second one I returned and got another one.. and yep you guessed it, it stopped working as well

Just bought one. Brought it home, plugged it in and nothing. It won’t even turn on. Tried moving it and water started leaking out the side. Junk. Do not buy.
