This iron was purchased in Oct 2023 and now in Apr 2024 the iron just stopped working. This was actually the second iron I purchased. The first had a bad odor as if it was returned with water in it. I returned the next day. Now 6 months later I have to go shop for another iron. My previous one lasted for a few years before we had to replace. I am really disappointed in this brand.

Do not buy. I purchased this iron in Jan. 2024 and it stopped working two weeks ago.

I purchsed this iron in October 2023 and it just stopped working out of the blue after minimal use in a 7 month period. Disappointed in the life expectancy compared to my previous non B+D iron that lasted 12 years before it went. Otherwise, I liked this B+D pro series iron when it was working and probably would have given it 5/5.

I purchased this iron in February and stopped working in 3 months! Will never buy a black n decker iron again.

Brought this iron January 26th and 6 months later it won’t even turn on. After a month of use it would leak and stick to my clothing. Changed the setting and it provided a decent glide but now nothing at all. It was never dropped and always used with filtered water. What a waste!!

I purchased this new and in-store. Went to use it for the first time and the "on" light flashed and then turned off for good. I tried multiple outlets and it would not turn on. This could be a lemon, but the other reviews stating their iron stopped working after a short time makes me think it is simply poorly made. Also, it is very difficult to see inside the water reservoir. I am sadly returning this.

I bought this iron in January and it completely stopped working by June. Was never dropped or misused. Very little ironing done. Would not reccomend purchasing.

After three months, this iron is shooting rust all over my clothes. Every time I turn it on, I have to pre-steam over a towel so rust doesn’t shoot onto my clothes. Would not recommend.
