First one did not work- replacement does. I don't like that it shuts off so soon while standing. I have trepidation when I turn it on because if the first one not working. I'm usually very confident with Black & Decker products but with this one...not so much.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This iron/steamer works good. There are alot of options. Make sure to use the right water. The design is super sharp looking. It's light weight also. The only con would be the cord placement on the top. Otherwise a nice iron.

I took it out of the box to use it and plug it in, but it started smoking so I had to unplug it and it stayed warm for a long time when I unplugged it. It’s a really nice iron. but I don’t know how good it is because it started smoking and I had to unplug it so I can’t give you my opinion on it. All I know is mine started smoking so I don’t know if it got damaged somewhere when they mailed it to me thank you

I would say this was an alright iron that didn’t feel as good as my other iron or even steamer. Maybe I need to continue using it on a variety of fabrics but I would probably overlook this and get a different iron

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The elite pro series iron was just OK. I feel it's too expensive for what it does. I feel my old iron works just as good and is much cheaper to purchase.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It has a sleek design and offers a lot of features. I like the steam option and that it is easy to use. Heats up fast. It’s heavier than I expected and it doesn’t slide as smoothly as most irons. The water spout is hard to open and I can’t see the water level due to the dark blue plastic.

It has a big water tank which allowed me to get through a number of clothes before having to refill. The iron is a little heavier in comparison to what I previously used but I like that it feels solidly built. No issues with its performance so far.
