The telescoping handle broke after two car rides, one airport remote parking, one plane ride and one hotel. We must have operated the telescoping feature of the handle about 20 times max before it broke. By the time we were ready to head back home with still two car rides, a flight and one airport shuttle to go, we could roll the bag, but with an unstable handle.I would not buy again.

You get what you pay for LOL….The handle that comes out is flimsy and really loose feeling. The wheels brand new out of the box where extremely squeaky needing some type of lubricant on them, and they were even loose feeling when rolling. My daughter has a new little luggage bag for her dolls now. Pick another brand.

Handles kept falling down and not enough room not as advertised

It does not fit under seat on Jet Blue

I bought this once and returned it because the handle quit working properly and would not go down. Now the second one is also doing that. Too late for a refund but would not buy again
