I've had this 2 months and just realized that the zipper is defected. I don't know who to contact about it but just saying. make sure you check your zipper really well.

It's the right size and weight and easy to pack, but the telescoping handle mechanism is somewhat flimsy and collapses if you're not rolling in an absolutely straight line, or if you encounter a bump.

I really need to read the dimensions more carefully. While it was smaller than I expected it still served the purpose for a quick weekend travel. My only complaint is the size which is my fault but it runs smoothly and the handle is great.

It did ft under the seat on Frontier, the gate agent did not make me stop at all to measure bag. It followed behind on the wheels okay but did not maneuver well kept tipping. Unfortunately the zipper broke.

This is really small inside. I had another under the seat suitcase from Am Tourister that was very similar in shape but just an inch or two larger. (I bought this one to replace that one since the handle broke). This one is MUCH smaller in capacity! I cannot even use it for a 2 night stay. It is a nice looking bag, handle and wheels work great, but it is only good for an overnight bag for me.

I returned this great little bag because it was too heavy for me to lift. I have bursitis in my shoulder so I couldn’t use it unfortunately.

TO SMALL FOR MY USE

The handle doesn't stay up when you want to roll it. I had to keep pulling it back up, which was annoying. I wanted to return it to have it fixed, but I haven't had the chance. Other than that, I was very satisfied.

This is unbelievably small, but with clever use of good compression cubes, you can get more into it than you'd imagine. It will fit in the strict Flair carry on sizers. I couldn't give it full stars because they showed they were shipping the black quilted bag, but they sent the plain black instead. It's a warehouse purchase, so can't return for the one they told me I was buying.
