This product did not include the drain base as advertised. What a rip-off.

There r no directions!?! The plumber had no idea how to put the drain pieces together.

This is a terrible product. There is nothing to hold the top housing down inside of the threaded bushing. The whole thing can pull out and leave your tile exposed with no drain cover and housing.

This is not recommended when installing tile shower floor. (May work better with base) This product doesn't seed down far enough to let water flow. It just sits down in! You can't screw it down and isn't adjustable.

I have to redo everything because drain is only 1" and cannot check plumbing with snake because it m7st be 1 1/2 or 2"

Do not buy. I returned it and have not got my refund

Product is missing a bolt

My contractor could not use this. We had to purchase a different product. Unfortunately, due to delays in the project, when I found out it was useless it was too late to return.
