This product is inaccurately described. I measured it to be exactly 4.25". Unfortunately, my current shower drain is exactly 4"×4". We don't want to cut into the tile, so a slightly larger size drain cover will not work for us. I should have known better for a product from China. The description of it showing this cover to be exactly 4" is simply not accurate. I am requesting a refund, and hope all will go well with that.

Came scratched. Disappointed

This would work if you have a mud pan that's very thick, but a thinner pre formed pan will not work unless you want to build the tiles up over 1/2" to make the top flush.

The product has some nice features and the design is clean however the matte black coating is very thin and is prone to scratches and chipping. We are returning because we are concerned that it won’t hold up and don’t want to permanently install something that is going to easily get damaged.

6-26-2021 Plumbers said it would not fit to their standard of plumbing. I cannot use it. Too late to return it. It would be nice if i could return it as it is still in its original box. I thought it was beautiful.

Good design but horrible quality. Finish came up with simple masking tape to cover when grouting. Can’t return it now. I wonder how it will hold up against a scrub brush? If you’re in the drain business and make something so shoddy, you shouldn’t be in the drain business.

It's ok. The fit and finish isn't amazing, but I think it will last week enough. The fit of the sticker for PVC or was pretty tight and difficult to glue snd 'dress' to the correct height the threaded bits were kinda loose fitting, unlike the right PVC socket. I thought I was saving money... Oh well

While installing this drain into our new shower we used duct tape to protect the finish. When we got around to removing the protective tape all of the black paint on the housing came off with the tape. We now have two different finishes on the shower drain. Too expensive for such a major issue.

This drain fitting is comprised of ABS pipe, which cannot be solvent welded to PVC to meet most code standards. Check your building or municipal codes before use. The drain looks nice, and I’m sure it would have fit our aesthetic but we were not willing to risk any leaks once the shower was finished. Do your research.
